The core of what we do

Plumbing & Heating Services in Suffolk

From an ageing boiler to a bathroom that needs replumbing, start with the service you need. Gas work is carried out by an appropriately qualified Gas Safe registered engineer, and the scope and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.

For Landlords

Annual gas safety checks for rental properties. A safety check and routine servicing are separate pieces of work, so mention both if you need them.

A useful place to start

You Don’t Need Every Detail Worked Out

Tell us what isn’t working in your home and what you want to achieve. These three things help turn an idea into a clearer conversation.

Your Priorities

A reliable boiler, warmer rooms, a repair that is overdue, or a bathroom, kitchen or whole property that needs a fresh start. Let us know what matters most.

Your Budget & Timing

An approximate range helps us discuss the scope. Separate essential repairs from optional changes, and say which fittings you plan to supply. Mention any deadlines and whether you will live at home during the work so access to cooking, washing and heating can be considered.

A Few Photographs

Wide views of the room and close-ups of the fault or the areas you want to change help us understand the property before a visit.

FAQs

Common
Questions

Find quick answers to the most common questions about our plumbing, heating and renovation services, process and coverage.

Here to help.

Are you Gas Safe registered?

Ignite EA Ltd holds Gas Safe business registration 623116. Gas work is carried out by an appropriately qualified Gas Safe registered engineer. You can check a registration on the Gas Safe Register before work starts.

Can I book a boiler service or repair?

Yes. Tell us whether you need routine servicing or have a fault, and include your postcode with the boiler make, model and fuel type. We confirm appliance suitability and appointment availability before booking; the enquiry form is not an emergency response service.

Do you take on small plumbing jobs?

Yes. Send your postcode and a description of the repair or fitting you need, such as a dripping tap, a leak on accessible pipework or a new appliance connection. We will confirm availability and the next step. If the job is urgent, call to check current availability.

Can you manage a whole-house renovation?

Yes. Alongside plumbing and heating, Ignite takes on kitchens, bathrooms and whole-property renovations. Tell us about the rooms, heating systems and layout changes you are considering, and we can coordinate the work with our team and trusted trades.

What affects the cost of the work?

For boiler and plumbing jobs: the appliance or fault, access to the pipework, parts and any making-good work. For renovations: the scope, condition of the property and your choice of fittings and finishes. Share your budget range and priorities so we can discuss the scope before preparing a quotation.

Do you cover Norfolk and Norwich?

Suffolk is our main service area. For work in Norfolk, Norwich or nearby East Anglia, send your postcode and a description of the job so we can confirm availability.

What should I send with my enquiry?

Start with your contact details, postcode and a description of the work. For boiler enquiries, the make, model and fuel type help. Photos, an approximate budget and your preferred timeframe help us understand what you need before we get in touch.
