If you fill in the enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, postcode and details of the job, plus your email address and project photos if you choose to provide them. You can call or email us instead of using the form. Please do not upload sensitive documents or photos of other people without their permission. Uploaded photos may retain embedded information such as location metadata.

Why We Collect It

We use your details to respond, prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, arrange and carry out the work. This involves taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, and our legitimate interests in managing enquiries and preventing spam. Where applicable, we also keep records to meet legal obligations. We do not publish your photos without permission, sell your details, or add you to a marketing list just because you request a quote.

Our Enquiry Platform and Service Providers

The embedded form is provided by HighLevel (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector). Submissions and uploaded files are stored in our customer relationship management system so our team can follow up. Digital Marketing Automated supports this website and CRM; authorised support staff may access enquiries and receive internal notifications alongside our team. Hosting, CRM and email delivery providers process data to provide these services, not to publish your enquiry.

Website Sources and Browser Technologies

Campaign information in a link, such as UTM source, medium and campaign or advertising click identifiers, may accompany your enquiry. This helps us understand where enquiries come from. Our website keeps campaign context in memory during navigation; it does not add its own persistent attribution cookie. The embedded CRM form separately processes technical information, such as IP address, browser details, page address and referring website, and may use cookies or browser storage for its functionality, security and attribution.

You can manage browser storage in your browser settings or contact us by phone or email instead. Blocking third-party content may prevent the embedded form from working. Sending an enquiry is not consent to receive unrelated marketing.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once they are no longer needed. Where we carry out work, we keep records for as long as required for warranty, gas safety and accounting purposes.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call 01502 801601. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
